By using Tanakh Time, you agree to these terms.

Tanakh Time provides access to public-domain or permissive Scripture texts. Study companion content is generated and may contain mistakes or omissions. Do not rely on companion output as canonical text. Always refer to the text shown in the app.

Use Tanakh Time for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the app, or use it in a way that harms others or violates law.

Premium features require an auto-renewing subscription through Apple. Your subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Prices may vary by region and may change; if they change, Apple will notify you when required.

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will try to keep the app reliable, but it may be unavailable from time to time.

Tanakh Time is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and for lost profits or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the app or violation of these terms.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in effect.
